New Co-op Students

If you have accepted an offer for a co-op position, simply stop by the Engineering Co-op Office with your offer letter so that we may enroll you in the Co-op Program. During your visit you will be asked to complete and sign the following forms:

• Co-op Student Agreement Form (pdf)
• Work-Study Schedule (pdf)
• Work-Study Plan (pdf)

International Students

In addition, if you are an International Student you must meet the requirements for work authorization and your employer will also need to sign our Co-op Employer Agreement Form (pdf).
